We are not traditional wineries, but skilled innovators. Our journey began in the heart of Northern Italy’s vineyards in 2012, where we were among the first in the world to remove alcohol from wines and believe in the new frontier of conscious drinking.

Canter Italia Srl was founded in 2022 in the heart of Valpolicella, a wonderful hilly area north of Verona, renowned for its wines. The decision to create Canter Italia was made to address the internationalisation of markets for 0.0% beverages.

A shared vision for our wines has taken shape, and we are bringing it to life, day after day, thanks to the many loyal customers who have joined us in this endeavour, supplying the retail market

How did we develop the most revolutionary drinks of our time, you may ask?

By using a natural process: low-pressure osmosis. We use no chemicals, colouring agents, preservatives, or artificial flavourings. We bring to people’s tables what the earth gives us. We are producing a truly unique beverage!

My role is to manage the commercial side of the business, focusing especially on the search for new wholesalers and distributors in foreign markets.

To do this effectively, I work closely with a team covering product production, bottling, administration, warehousing, packaging, and distribution.

I am so proud to be able to offer such high-quality products, with the aim of fully satisfying the needs of all our customers. The care and passion we put into this work allows us to keep up with the latest trends in low-alcohol-content wines.
